2022 — New Nameplate
Carnival Replaces the Sedona New Gen
This is where the Sedona nameplate gave way to the Carnival minivan, powered by a 287-hp 3.5L V6, FWD only — no AWD or differential service applies to any Carnival. Oil and rotation land every 8,000 miles or 12 months; the cabin filter runs on a time-based inspect/replace cycle around 24 months; the engine air filter follows a similar time-based pattern around 36 months; spark plugs aren't due until 96,000 miles on this long-interval V6; brake fluid gets replaced every 48,000 miles or 48 months; and the first coolant change waits until 120,000 miles.
