No. Whatever video service you already use is fine, and if you would rather not do video at all we can do it as a phone call with photos and short clips sent while we talk.

How far ahead should I book?⌄

A day is usually plenty. If you want a specific time on a Saturday, ask earlier in the week, since Saturdays fill up.

Can you check something specific for me?⌄

That is what the call is for. Tyre tread, the spare, service history, the condition of a seat - name it in the form and we will have it ready.

What if the vehicle is not right?⌄

Then you have saved yourself a drive up or down I-59, and we can walk a different one on the same call if you would like.
